Why haven’t I received an email confirming my order?
When an order has been successfully processed, a confirmation number appears on the receipt page and is also emailed to the customer. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, make sure to contact one of their customer service reps for assistance.
I ordered the wrong cartridges, what do i do?
If your order did not ship yet, they can help you cancel it and place a new one. Please call their customer service centre at (02) 9526-1088. They can also help you return the product back to them for a refund.

The time for arrival takes into account whether each item is in stock, the delivery time to your destination, and weekends. You should receive your order within 1-2 working days after your order has been sent out. Larger deliveries to Post Office boxes, the Northern Territory, WA, QLD or islands may incur an extra charge - they will contact you if this is the case.
