How long will it take to receive my order?
* All artwork including framed prints, canvas and paintings are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
* If you would like your order faster, please select the expedited delivery option at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once the artwork is dispatched, you should expect it delivered to your door as per the following:
* United Kingdom Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days.
* United Kingdom Next Day Delivery: 1 working day.
* Europe: 2-5 working days.
* United States: 2-5 working days.
* Rest Of World: 5-10 working days.

The item I received was damaged?
They are sorry to hear the item you received was damaged. Simply let them know by email with the order number and they will arrange a replacement. They do sometimes request a photo of the damage by email so that they can follow it up with the courier/postal company.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves their warehouse.

How do I return an artwork?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to them.
* They offer 30-day returns, which means you can return an item to them within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
* Just email them at [email protected] with the order number and the item you would like to return.
* Once they have received the item back, they will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days. (returns postage to be paid by the customer)
* If the product is damaged they will send you an exact replacement product. They cannot send you a different product as a replacement.
* All individual items must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original packaging intact.
How can I cancel an order?

with your order number and they will cancel the order and issue you a full refund. If a product has already been dispatched, they will ask you to follow their free Returns process and return the item in its original packaging using their pre-paid postage label once received.
