How do I activate my license?
In most cases license is activated automatically, as they identify the device the license was purchased for, and your subscription information will appear in the Account section. In case your subscription is not appearing, log in to your Airo account (one was created for you on the purchase if you haven’t opened one before), using the same email address used for purchasing your license and your Mac will be connected to your recently purchased subscription.
How can I submit a suspicious application for your inspection?
Go to their Application review page (upload file popup) and upload the suspected application, together with a short description of how you received it. They will review the files and their functionality and decide whether it is indeed malware or malicious in any way.
How do I uninstall Airo?
Airo uninstaller is placed in the Applications folder right next to Airo. Open it to uninstall Airo.
How do I remove a virus from my Mac?
Airo has a real-time protection mechanism to make sure new viruses do not enter your Mac. If you are installing Airo to remove an existing virus, open Airo and perform a manual Scan to remove any malware that might exist on your Mac.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Login to My Account on the Airo website or go to Manage Account on the Account section of your installed application. Your purchased subscriptions will be listed and you can cancel the relevant one. Cancelling your subscription will stop your license from auto-renewing on the next billing period.
How can I get a refund?
Your subscription can be refunded within the first 30 days after purchase. For more information check their cancellation and refund policy.
