Does alice McCALL ship internationally?
Yes! They ship all international orders outside of Australia via DHL Express. These orders cannot be sent to a PO box address as your parcel will require a signature on delivery. Does alice McCALL accept refunds?
alice McCALL will gladly refund, exchange or issue online credit for full price items that are returned using the correct returns process. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment & do not include a refund of postage costs. Refunds will not be provided for ‘Return To Sender’ parcels.
Does alice McCALL offer a refund on sales items?
Sale & discounted items are valid for an exchange or online credit. Unfortunately, they cannot offer refunds for change of mind on sale & discounted items. Items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP are final sale & cannot be returned. Exchanges are subject to availability.
