What if I need to change my order?
Ambr Eyewear will try their best to process orders quickly, but they will do their best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change an order is to email them, support@ambreyewear.com with all of your order details (name, order number etc) and any changes that you need.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your glasses, you can always return them to them within 30 days. Please note that they can only accept glasses that have been sent back to them 30 days after they have been received.
Can I cancel my order?
As they strive to provide quick turnaround times for all of their glasses, it is difficult to accommodate cancellations.
You may cancel an order within two hours of purchasing your glasses and they will refund you in full as soon as possible.
If you would like to cancel after two hours, and your order has yet to be shipped, please contact support@ambreyewear.com and they will do their best to help.
If you would like to cancel but the glasses have already been shipped, you can return the glasses to them once you have received them. See their returns page here for more info on this.
How long will my order take?
Prescription lenses take 3-4 working days before they ship them out. Shipping then depends on what option you choose at checkout.
All non-prescription orders are sent within 1-2 working days and shipping then again depends on what option you choose at checkout.
You will get a confirmation email once you have placed an order with them. You should then get a follow-up email once your frames have been shipped. They will also send you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on delivery times.
