How can I track my order?
If you have upgraded to Registered Airmail or if your order is shipped via FedEx, you may track the shipment using the tracking link provided in your order invoice. What happens if I cancel my order?
Your order has been cancelled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction. Your credit card statement may show a temporary charge, but that charge will be reversed by your credit card company and you will not be billed for this order.
How can I exchange or return my item?
ArtsCow offers 30 days guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact them for a request form. Fill out the form and they will instruct you on how to send the items back. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
