What payment methods do you accept?
Astute Graphics accepts all major Debit & Credit card as well as PayPal payments.
Where do I find my invoices?
Your invoices can be viewed and downloaded by logging in to your Customer Account and going to Billing. On the right-hand side, you will then see Billing history and there you can click on PDF to view and/or download your invoice. You can also do this from within the Astute Manager.
Why am I seeing “License is inactive” in Illustrator?
If you are seeing a “License Inactive” warning for any of your plugins, please read the following information and go through the checks. If you get to the end of “Check 3” and you’re still experiencing issues, please contact them with your answers to the questions at the end of this page, this will help them to get to the bottom of the problem for you as quickly as possible.
Will I be required to upgrade?
Their licensing is perpetual and when signing up to their Annual Service Plan, you will pay a one-off annual fee of just $119 USD for ALL of the tools. You will then receive automatic access to all new updates, upgrades, added compatibility, training, and support for 12 months. If you decide not to renew your plan at the end of this 12 month period, access to the plugins isn’t turned off and you’ll keep the last version of the software you paid for, you just won’t get any of the upgrades and new features introduced.
I just made a purchase but I haven’t received anything?
You should have received an automated email on the email address that you used to checkout. Please note that (particularly if you are a Gmail customer) the email(s) may have gone into your promotions or junk folder, so please check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.
