Items may returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within thirty days of delivery.
Returns are subject to the item(s) being returned to us for processing and are usually processed on the same day they are received.

If you have furry friends at home, please ensure your returned garment is COMPLETELY FREE OF PET HAIR
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items). PayPal will refund your return postage costs! Click here for the details.
Goods should be returned in their original manufacturer’s packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate).
Garments must be unwashed. Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of wear or alteration, covered in pet hair or with a distinct smell will be rejected and returned.
The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only.
Exchanges can only be held for fourteen days.
Please complete the supplied Return Request form (located on the back of your tax invoice or available to download here) so we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Atomic Cherry recommend sending your order to your workplace, post office box or parcel locker if you will not be home during the day to avoid delays receiving your order.
If sending to your work place, please ensure to include the company name and any pertinent delivery notes in your shipping address or order comments.
If you do not wish for your parcel to be left, please include a comment on the checkout page and we will arrange for your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection if you are not at home when delivery is attempted.

Numerical sizes (8, 10, 12, 14 etc) are Australian sizes unless noted otherwise
Atomic Cherry don’t have a ‘generic’ size chart and you will need to check the measurements on each item
Atomic Cherry provide the actual garment measurements for each item in our store. We strongly recommend using these measurements to help determine your size.
When Atomic Cherry receive a new garment, they measure each size by laying the garment flat and then doubling the result to obtain the total
Sometimes they’ll use the label’s recommended body chart if the item is hard to measure (like stretch fabric, jackets or swimwear.). This will be noted above the chart
All ‘length’ measurements are taken from the underarm seam unless noted
