Where is my order?
You can track your order online. If you need team members to help checkup, you can contact them and they will be in touch with a status update.
Is there Discount and promo codes?
Occasionally, Australian Geographic will send out discount codes and promotional codes. After that, promo codes can be entered in the Cart and the Checkout. These codes differ in the amount of discount and accordingly your total will reflect the discounts given.
I haven’t received my order confirmation email after placing the order. What should I do?
First, check your spam filter. If really nothing is received within 10min it can be a technical issue with emails sent, so you have to log in and check your order is in your account.
What about Click and Collect?
Click & Collect is available at all AusGeo Stores and you can check if your product is available for Click & Collect through the product page. After that, a team member will be in touch as soon as your order is ready for collection.
Do we get a refund if we want to withdraw our order?
You will get a refund after returning your order but it has to be returned within 14 days for all purchases online or in store. However, the online refund process can take 1-2 weeks to go through to your bank.
