What condition are your books in?
Different books reach them in different conditions. Here is what their different condition types mean: Used-Good: The book has clearly been used before but there will be minimal damage to the book meaning it has a lot of life left in it. The pages might be slightly dog eared, but the book will not be ripped or torn in any way, the cover will be in good condition and the book will not have any smells or odours from previous owners. Textbooks may have some highlighting in them from previous owners but this will be limited to a few pages, otherwise, Awesome Books will not grade it at this level. Used-Like New: These books are all but new. This means they may originally have had a plastic shrink wrap on them which has since disappeared or they may have been sitting around in a bookshop for a while waiting for a buyer but other than, the condition will be mint. Brand New: Erm…well…Exactly what it says. Brand New, directly from the publisher or printer.

Yes, Awesome Books has partnered up with Realex Payments in order to provide you with the best possible security when it comes to your personal information and, in particular, your credit and debit cards. When you save your card in order to make payments quicker for future purchases, your card is saved onto Realex’s Level 1 PCI compliant servers, which keeps your details safe and secure.

What is the return policy?
Customers buying from them can rest easy. Returning an item is a hassle-free process and customers can return any item to them within 30 days of ordering for any reason. Customers outside UK/Europe can return an item within 45 days of ordering as orders can sometimes take slightly longer to reach them. Simply fill out their online query form or drop them an email at [email protected] and they will take you through the process of returning an item.
If a return shipping fee is required, then if the reason for return is down to a mistake at their end they will, of course, cover this cost. If the reason for return is not due to a mistake on our part, they ask that customers arrange and pay for their own return shipping. It is always best to get in touch with them to confirm a return first, customers who return items without confirming with them might not be liable for a full refund of their shipping cost (they have cheaper methods of getting stuff back to them, which is why they ask you to get in touch before returning an item).
