BABE Cosmetics accepts American Express, Discover, Master Card, PayPal, and Visa.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information is accurate.
Will I get a refund after returning an item?
They offer refunds only when cancellation policy still applicable. If you are able to return your order, they will issue full store credit on your order amount.
Can I cancel my order?
If for any reason you ordered but, want to cancel your order and get a refund you have to send an email within 48 hours to our support department, and make sure your order has not been shipped, so they can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you. Usually, they ship orders in 12-24 business hours. If your order has been shipped, they will not be able to cancel your order.
What if I received the damaged item?
If you think your product arrived damaged, you have to report to them within 24-48 hours so that they can send you a new package, and at the same time get the credit back from the carrier (shipping company).
Can I exchange the item?
They only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send them an email and send your item to their fulfillment center for review. The address will be provided to you by their customer service department.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from BabeCosmetics, you are welcome to return it. You must email them the support department within 48 hours of delivery, and ship the unwanted items back to us within 7 days. They will issue store credit on the item(s) you return, or exchange it for the new items you may like.
