How do I add an item to the shopping basket?
You can add to the shopping basket directly from the products detail page. Next to the main image of every product, there is an “Add to Cart” button, which you can click on to add this item to your basket.
How do I know my item has been added to the shopping basket?
Once you have clicked on the “Add to Cart” button to place the item in your shopping basket, your item will appear on the top right of the page, under the basket icon.
How do I get to the checkout?
First, go to the shopping basket icon at the top right of the page. Below the basket icon is a ‘Checkout’ button that leads you directly to the checkout.
How do I edit my items?
First, locate the shopping basket icon on the top right of your screen then click on ‘Edit Basket’.
How do I check the delivery cost on my items?
Click on ‘Calculate Shipping’ at any time during your shopping trip. You can then type in your country and postcode for the updated price.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received their system will send you an order confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address that you entered during the site’s secure checkout.
When will my backorder arrive?
Your item will be dispatched as soon as they receive the product from their manufacturers. If the item is later than expected, please contact Customer Services via the contact us page.
How do I create an account?
Click on Login/Register link on the top right of the home page to register. You will be asked to either register or log in when you go to the checkout. Once you have created an account your address will be stored for easier ordering the next time.
How can I exchange?
Within 30 days of the date you received the item(s), they will also take products back in exchange for other products of similar or greater value. The products must be unused and returned in “as new” condition, preferably in the original packaging. The cost of shipping will be your responsibility. Please note that this is an exchange policy and cash refunds will not be given. They can apply the value of the Credit to your account for later use or you can request they transfer the credit to any of their other websites Please also note that an administration fee of £3.95 will apply when returning goods for exchange outside of the 14-day period. These terms do not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.
