What is your international duties and taxes policy?
Duty and taxes are the customer’s responsibility since they do not pre-collect import duties and taxes at the time of your order (please contact your local Custom’s Office for an estimate of these fees).
What if I received a damaged item?
Damaged or Defective Merchandise: The will reimburse ground shipping costs to return. Please include a copy of the receipt for the return shipping costs with the return form and merchandise. Merchandise should not be shipped COD or via air. Please be aware that some stores who provide shipping and packing services charge extra for these services and those charges will not be reimbursed.
What is your return policy?
Bass Pro Shops offers a “no-hassle” return policy. If the item was purchased through the catalogue or online, you may return it to them at the catalogue centre or the store within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days from the purchase date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only.
Stretch Your Payments (powered by Sezzle) orders must be returned to the Returns Center. Retail stores will not accept returns from Stretch Your Payments orders. Additionally, any return from orders paid for by PayPal must be sent to their Returns Center. Please do not return items purchased with PayPal to their retail locations as they cannot refund your PayPal account, however, they can offer an exchange or gift card.
