Why Was My Order Canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. They promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation.
If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for a refund.
I Need To Change Something On My Order, How Can I Do That?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact them immediately. They process and ship orders quickly. Once the parcel was processed and sent to the post office, they will be unable to make any changes.
How Do I Pay For My Order?
Berrylook like to give you plenty of payment options: they accept Visa, MasterCard credit card as their secure payment method which accepts all kinds of credit or debit cards. And they do offer Cash on Delivery (COD), you can pay your order when the goods are delivered to you. They do not accept personal checks or money orders. They also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with them. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by both them and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
I received a damaged item?

What about Order Cancellation?
Berrylook offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, they will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. They will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
