What payment methods do you accept?
Bertini accepts all major Debit & Credit Card. They also accept PayPal.
Do you ship Internationally?
Bertini ships all over the world using different couriers (the courier is chosen by Bertinigroup based on the destination of the goods and the weight of the packages) and always to the Customer’s address.
Which courier service do you use to deliver?
The couriers used are UPS, DHL, TNT, SDA. All shipments are accompanied by a regular invoice showing the amounts of the individual items in Euro.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times:
* Italy: 3-5 days from shipping
* Europe: 4-6 days from shipping
* USA and Canada: 4-6 days from shipping
* Africa: 4-6 days from shipping
* Asia and Middle East: 4-6 days from shipping
* Australia and Oceania: 4-6 days from shipment
* South America: 4-6 days from shipment
What is your return policy?
To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to
[email protected] within 14 days from the delivery date. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail to obtain a refund. The return must be made with the courier indicated in the email sent by Bertinigroup. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the waybill. (The Courier will bring a waybill when collecting the package).
If the Customer receives defective goods, or in the event that Bertinigroup shipments errors occur, it will be necessary to follow the same instructions as above. Bertinigroup reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
