Better World Books accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Gift Certificates, and Cash, COD, Paper Check, or Money Order.
What is the return policy?
They understand that you may wish to return a book for any number of reasons. Returning a book is not a problem. They accept any return shipped to them within 60 days of the purchase date.

Please include a short note that includes your order number explaining the reason for your return. They strongly urge customers to purchase tracking or delivery confirmation when returning items.
Once they receive your return, they will promptly issue a refund to the account with which you placed the order.
They do ask that you please understand that shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Their return policy does allow for a refund for the item cost. Please note that if you are returning new books, they must be unused in order to receive a refund.
If the return has reached the 60-day policy, or they’ve made an error with the purchase that would warrant them covering return shipping costs, please contact them prior to returning the item by submitting a Request.
How do I cancel my order?
Please submit a request right away, and they’ll do everything they can to cancel the order before it ships.
Please note that in most cases they’re unable to cancel orders placed with their new book supplier due to the automated nature of those sales. They apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What to do if I am not satisfied with my order?
They are very sorry to hear that your order is not as expected and are happy to help. They understand that each issue is unique and appreciate any details you can share with them about your experience.
Please submit a request and they will get back with you as soon as they can!
Please contact them within 60 business days of your purchase if there is a problem with your order. They are not able to issue refunds or send replacements if it has been more than 60 business days since the purchase.
I’m missing the books, what to do?
They’re sorry part of your order appears to be missing. Let’s touch on a few reasons this might have happened:
* Multiple Shipments. You may have ordered so many books that they had to use more than one box. If that’s the case, don’t worry: the other box(es) are not far behind.
* Multiple Warehouses. At this time, they have three Better World Books warehouses; Indiana, Nevada, and Scotland. Listings will note where the book ships from under “Seller” at check out. You may also review your order history as well to view the location from which location your item(s) were shipped from.
* New Books. If your order contained a new book, they shipped separately from their New Book Supplier, Ingram.
