In the unlikely event that your parcel in unsuccessful in delivery and is returned to their warehouse, an additional freight charge will be applied to re-send your order.
What is the return policy?
* BetterAir are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items unless the item is faulty.
* All exchanges must be authorised within seven (7) days of original receipt of delivery.
* Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
* All authorised transactions will be credited to the original payment method used, less the original shipping and handling fees charged to you. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
When will I receive a refund?
