What is the refund procedure?
Once your return is received and inspected, BodyHealth will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What if my refund is late or mission?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted - usually 10-14 business days. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact BodyHealth.
What is the return policy?
This guarantee is for a full 90 days. You can return products within that time for any reason, no-questions-asked. If it has been more than 90 days, unfortunately, there are no refunds or exchanges. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
How do I return my product?
To return a product, simply contact BodyHealth by phone or email and their friendly customer service representatives will discuss the issue with you and help provide you with an RMA number. Then just send the product(s) back and they will process the refund once it is received. BodyHealth offers free shipping to customers, however, they do not provide free return shipping labels.
