How much shipping costs do I pay?
At Bos Men Shop you pay no shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium. For shipping to other countries they charge extra costs, these differ per destination and will automatically be added to your total order value.
Who will deliver my order?
All deliveries are made with PostNL. They deliver your order during the day to the delivery address indicated by you. If no one is present, the order will be offered again the next day. If no one is present, you can pick up your order the next day at the nearest post office. Tip: You can also have your order delivered to work, so you can be sure that you will receive it quickly.
Will I receive a message when I have placed an order?
You will receive an order confirmation and depending on your payment method a payment confirmation. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, which allows you to track the status of your order.
How do I place the order/

What happens if an item is cancelled?
They monitor their online range with the utmost care. They depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases, it can happen that during the processing of your order it appears that a product that you have ordered is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by them. In this case, the purchase amount of the item will be credited to you.
Can I return my order at any time?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The right to a refund expires after 14 days. Unfortunately, you cannot return certain products for hygienic or practical reasons. They would like to ask you to return the items in the original packaging insofar as this is reasonably possible. It is not necessary to remove the tickets for the assessment of the product. So make sure you don’t subtract the tickets. You should handle the items with care during the reflection period.
