Simply fill out their quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging, and post back to them within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. They offer a handy free returns service. There will be a Royal Mail returns slip in your parcel, simply attach it to your parcel then pop it in the post back to them. They will send you an email to confirm they have received your returned item. You can also return any unworn items bought online at their Boux Avenue stores, as long as you have your receipt and the original tags or you may take your order into one of their Ryman stores in its original packaging and your refund will be processed once it is received by their warehouse. If you have received a faulty item from them, they are very sorry to hear it. Please post your parcel back to them as above stating the problem on their returns form. When your order leaves Boux Avenue, you will receive an email or a text message with your order tracking number so you can keep track of your order. However, they will keep you updated on where your parcel is. If you provide them with your mobile number they can text your parcel updates. Track your parcel by entering your tracking number on the Hermes website (UK orders).

They use Hermes, Parcelforce, and DPD to deliver your Boux Avenue parcel and Royal Mail should you need to return anything.

They will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving it back at their customer service HQ, following this it may take up to 7-10 working days to show up in your account depending on your bank. They will keep you posted on this by either calling you or sending you an email so that you always know what’s going on.
