They are unable to process exchanges right now. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
What is your return policy?
BREDA accept returns of new, unworn watches for up to 30 days from date of shipment for a full refund. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original order confirmation email or the packing slip from the package, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
