The Brook & York team offers a fast processing time for all orders. A large selection of our pieces will be shipped within 24 hours of your order. Monograms and a small selection of items will take 3 - 5 business days to process. Each product page offers you details about how long it will take that item to be processed. Currently, Brook & York delivers to the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico.
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item you purchased from Brook & York, they are happy to accept all returns within 60 days of purchase. Personalized items are non-returnable including items that have been engraved. All returned or exchanged items should be in their original condition. To return an item, please follow these steps:
*Please return all items in good condition, with the original invoice and packaging.
*Please indicate on the invoice why the item was returned.
*Please write the word ‘return’ on the invoice.
*Include your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you.
What is your exchange policy?
To exchange an item from Brook & York please follow these steps:
*Send back the original item with the invoice.
*Write on the invoice what product you would like to purchase instead, including item name, item number, and length or size (if applicable).
*Please write the word ‘exchange’ on the invoice.
*Include your phone number in case our customer service team needs to clarify any details.
*If you return the original item in good condition they will refund you for that item, and charge your account for the new item you would like to receive.
All returns and exchanges should be shipped via the US Postal Service to our P.O. Box. At this time we can only accept returns and exchanges when they are sent to the P.O. Box address. Brook & York is not responsible for items that may be lost or damaged during shipment. Your account will be credited within 15 days of Brook & York receiving your item.
