How can I request a return?

• Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review your claim and respond.

How long does the return process take?

If you have already lodged a return request through your account, you will be contacted soon with more information about your Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) request. Returns from NZ can take up to 2 weeks to return to Australia for processing.

When are refunds processed?

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. Store credits will be issued to the account used to purchase the goods. Catch aim to process refunds and replacements within 5 days of receipt by them of the original product, however, depending on your item and the number of returns in their system, this may take longer.

What should I take care of when returning an item?

When returning your item, please wrap the box with plastic or paper and do not affix any tape to the product packaging. Catch cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken. Any products returned without proper sealed packaging will be rejected under change of mind.

Can I return my item if I had a change of mind?

Catch cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. They may, however, allow a return for store credit or exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:

• returned within 28 days of order;
• not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging); and
• not damaged in any way.

Where is your office/warehouse based?

Catch reside in Melbourne, Australia. Unfortunately, Catch do not have a base of operations in New Zealand itself, but don’t let that put you off. Their gigantic warehouse (roughly the size of 6 rugby fields, give or take) works constantly to get orders out in time and shipped to your New Zealand address within 7 - 10 days from date of dispatch.

Is it easy to cancel Club catch?

I want the same product but in two different colours/sizes.

If you would like 2 different colours or sizes of the same item, you need to put each item into your shopping cart individually.
