What are the shipping costs?
Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Please see the chart below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times within the continental United States. Any shipment to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other non-continental U.S. orders will be sent ground and are expected to arrive within 7-10 business days

How can I track my order?
Order tracking is available for orders placed online in the last 30 days. To track your order, please enter the order number and billing address ZIP code.
What should I do if I received a wrong item?
Please place a new order on Catherines website and return the incorrect item using the instructions on the back of the packing slip. Or, call them toll-free at (800) 400-5527. They will issue a credit for the incorrect item to the original credit card, and charge your card for the correct item once it’s shipped.

How can I change or cancel my order?
They do their best to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Since their systems are designed to begin this process immediately, you cannot change or cancel an online order once it is placed. However, to ensure your satisfaction, you may easily return your catherines.com order by using the return label from your packing slip for a shipment return.
When will I receive my return credit?
Returns take about two weeks to process—including transit time to Catherines warehouse. Once they receive your return, they try to process it within two business days. Refunds back to your payment method vary depending on your provider but generally take three days to post. Once your return has been processed, it will be listed as returned- along with the date it was processed. If you’re a registered user or gave your email address to their over the phone, they will send a return received an email once they have received your return—and a second email once they have processed it.
