Why was my order cancelled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. Charmwish promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order for a refund.
Was I charged twice?
Your credit card will only be charged once after your order ships.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
What is exchange or return for a refund?
The products can be returned within 30 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Charmwish’ll issue the refund to your wallet in the number of few days if they are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Charmwish do not accept any request of exchange&return once the “specials” are sold.
What is the refund policy?

Charmwish will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
