What forms of payment methods do you accept?
They accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
What are your delivery options?
There are 3 delivery options, standard, trackable, and the next day. All orders place before 1 pm is dispatched the same day.
Can I change or cancel my order?
They are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible. Therefore after your order is placed, it immediately goes into the fulfilment process, and you may not be able to cancel or adjust the order. Please contact them as soon as possible on 0845 2700 217 if you need to amend your order.
What if I suspect a product to be faulty?
If you suspect there to be a fault with an item you’ve purchased and returned, one of their Quality Managers will need to inspect your item. Once they’ve completed their analysis, they will be in touch to organize an appropriate solution.
What is your return?
They want you to be happy with every Chatham product you purchase. If you’d like to return an item you’ve purchased, please do it within 28 days of receiving the goods. They provide free UK Mainland returns via Collect+ for more detail contact them on 0845 2700 217 or visit www.collectplus.co.uk. For those outside the UK mainland please return the goods to their Exeter warehouse address which is visible in the bottom right of every page.
Please return footwear in the original shoe box as well as your order’s packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip do please include a cover letter with all necessary details. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be processed. A credit should appear against your original payment method.;
