I’ve made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

Let them know your order number & what the problem is and they will do their best to sort it out for you.
How long after purchase can I expect to receive my items?
Most items will arrive within 7 working days. However, online-only products can take a little longer, as they have to check availability. All shipping estimated dates will appear at checkout.
Will my items arrive in one package?
Closs & Hamblin do their very best to make sure your items arrive in one package, however, if they have to use stock from more than one location, you might receive two or more packages, however, they will keep you up to date with this, every step of the way.
Can I order fabric samples?
Yes, you can order fabric samples. Up to 5 samples free of charge. Please fill out Closs & Hamblin sample form, don’t forget to include fabric title, product code & your shipping address.
How will my fabric arrive, I don’t like it folded?
Most fabric Closs & Hamblin roll when shipping out to you, however, some will arrive folded, so if you prefer it rolled please add in the ‘notes’ section at checkout, that will inform their fulfilment team of your request.
How long will my refund take when I return the goods by post?
Closs & Hamblin will process your refund as soon as they receive the goods, but it can take up to 5 working days for the money to appear back in your bank account, due to different banks processing times.
How can I return the item?
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please also include the completed Returns Form included in your initial delivery. If you have misplaced or not received a Returns Form you can get download a new one or contact the web team on [email protected] to request one.
Please note, when returning goods via Royal Mail or a courier of your choice, the customer will retain the responsibility of the parcel until receipt is confirmed by Closs & Hamblin. In the event you are returning a damaged or faulty order, please include your postage receipt and their web team can refund these costs back to you.
