How to know my order status?
Once your order has been submitted you will receive an email notification indicating the status of your order. If your order is under review, you will receive a subsequent email indicating the results within one business day. Once your order is confirmed, our Client Services team will be glad to provide order status information for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Diane von Furstenberg are unable to accept any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been confirmed. You will receive an email at that time.
What is the return policy?
All products purchased may be returned to Diane von Furstenberg within 30 days for a full refund. Product in its original and unworn condition, with all tickets attached, and the original sales receipt must be presented in order for the refund to be processed. Products that have been worn, altered or that are missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.
