Whatis the return policy?
Merchandise is only eligible for a full refund if returned within 20 days of receipt since the order was placed. Merchandise received after 20 days will not be refunded and may qualify for store credit at their discretion.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
They kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label. Please go to dl1961.returnly.com and enter the email you used to make the purchase to start the return.
They only accept returns on items purchased directly from DL1961.com. They do not accept items purchased from other retailers. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned.
International orders are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Can I exchange the order?
If you want to exchange your item for another, make sure to have your email address you placed the order with. Then, click here and follow the instructions to start your exchange and print your label for a return. Prepare to ship the original item per the return instructions above.
Once your return has been authorized, you will receive an Instant Refund Voucher by email that you can redeem for a replacement item in the gift card field at checkout. You will receive a refund for any outstanding Instant Refund balance after your return is received.
When will my credit card be refunded?
*Once your package has been received by their warehouse, your refund will be processed within 2 weeks. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
