What is the payment method?
Drome accepts Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Maestro, Delta, and PayPal.
What is the exchange policy?
If you’d like a different size, color or item, you can exchange for something else by filling out the exchange section of the returns form and sending everything back by post or returning it to store (providing your replacement product is in stock). If what you purchased originally and the exchange product are different prices, they’ll either refund the difference or get in touch via phone to take the additional payment.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will be made in accordance with either paragraph 5, 7 or paragraph 8 above, depending on the reason why you are returning the Product(s). All refunds will be made using the original payment method. Please note that it can take between 5 and 10 working days for the funds to show back in your account and that this time is dictated by your bank and is completely out of their control.
