Can I get a refund?
To receive a refund in a verified track course unenroll from the course within the refund eligibility period - 14 days after your purchase date or 14 days after your course starts, whichever comes later. Refunds are not available after you have earned a certificate.
How can I make a purchase for a group?
EdX has the ability to facilitate a group purchase for any of its courses on edX.org. This is a great way to easily get a group of employees or colleagues into a course without them needing to go to the site to enroll or pay for the certificate. To get started, make sure you have a registered account with edX and are logged in. Once logged in, find the course that you would like to make a group purchase for. If the option is available, then click the link on the right-hand side of the course description page that says “Purchase for a Group.”
How do I apply for financial assistance?
EdX offers up to a 90% discount on their verified certificates to learners who can benefit from, but cannot afford to pay, full price. Assistance is available in most courses that offer verified certificates, however, some courses and programs are not eligible. You can be approved up to 5 times in a twelve-month period for financial assistance.
What courses offer financial assistance?
Most courses that offer verified certificates offer financial assistance for learners who cannot afford the verified certificate fee. To find a course that interests you, see the edX course catalogue. To apply for financial assistance, complete the financial assistance application. If a course is eligible it will appear as an option on the form after you are enrolled. Professional education courses and some MicroMasters program courses are not eligible for financial assistance.
