WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
Just go to “My Account” and click the ‘Forgot Password’ link and they will send a new password to the email address linked to your account.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If you are not home to receive your packages, DPD will leave a card in your mailbox so you can arrange a new delivery online. DPD does not deliver to neighbors. If you don’t schedule a new appointment, a new attempt will be made the next working day.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! After placing your order, it will be processed by our warehouse. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you can track your shipment via My Account. If you do not have an account, you can use the TRACK link from the shipping-confirmation email. This link will send you to the DPD website.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your Etnies purchase does not match your expectations, you can return the item to their warehouse and receive a refund. Unfortunately they are unable to do any exchanges, if you want another size or product, you can place a new order on their website.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Please note that all their payments are handled by Payment Service Provider Adyen. After finalizing your order, you will be redirected to Adyen for the actual payment. After the payment has been approved, you will be redirected to their shop again. You might see the name of Adyen on your bank statements.
