Eve Lom accept all major credit and debit cards, Alipay, and PayPal.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
They’re very quick at processing orders once they have been placed, so they cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or amended before it is dispatched but they will always try.
If you notice any errors in your order after placing it, please contact Customer Services at [email protected], after 45 minutes at which point they will be able to access your order and they would be more than happy to assist you.
What If I missing item?
They’re very sorry if something has been missed from your order.
If you can see the missing product on the invoice and you’ve been charged then you’ll need to contact them as soon as possible. If it is a large order then it is likely that it is coming in separate packages.
If the item is not included on your invoice or it does not say that it will follow shortly, then it is possible that the item is delayed or currently out of stock. Contact them and they can check the status of your order.

What is the return policy?
Eve Lom hopes you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, they are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods returned to them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their unopened and unused condition and original packaging.
