How much is delivery?
Their delivery charges are determined on the weight of the entire parcel and start from £3.95. Delivery charges are displayed in the shopping bag and at the checkout before any purchases are made.
My order arrived incomplete, what to do?
Their newly implemented picking systems log each item put into your box/bag of goodies and the invoice will only list the items they had available when preparing your order for despatch. If you haven't received your entire order, they'll always send you an email to let you know there was a stock issue and a refund was being processed.

What payment options do you offer?
Everything5pounds.com accepts payment via PayPal and all major card payment providers including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch via our payment providers Safecharge.
How long does it take to process returns?
They would usually advise 3-5 working days from the date your return parcel was received back at their warehouse, sadly they are unable to notify their customers upon receiving your returns parcel due to the volume of parcels being sent and received on a daily basis.
How do I return?
Kindly send the items back to them within 14 days of receiving your order via any trackable courier service you choose. Remember to keep the courier receipt with tracking and weight for future reference. It’s important to note that you’ll need to cover the cost to send items back to them if they do not suit your requirements so please shop around for the best courier that suits your budget. This includes, and is not limited to, items that do not fit, not suitable, selected the wrong item, incorrect sizing, not the same as on the website or more than 1 item ordered.
They’d prefer that you used the original packaging if it’s not been thrown away yet but if not, then simply pack the items safe and sound in any suitable material to prevent them from being damaged in transit. When returning items, they’ll need a copy of the order sheet which came with your order and if you don't have your order sheet anymore, then you can simply provide a letter within your returning parcel and include your order number, your name, address, and telephone number.
How long does a refund take?
PayPal refunds are, more often than not, received within a matter of seconds but can take up to 60 minutes. Refunds made to a debit/credit card within the UK may take anything from a few hours up to 3 working days, depending on the bank. All non-UK refunds made to a debit/credit card can take 5-7 working days.
