Fabric.com accepts all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. They also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.
When can I expect my order?
They have recently seen an increase in people shopping online. In the short term, this increase in volume is impacting how they serve their customers. They have removed expedited shipping as a delivery option for orders and their delivery promise dates are longer than usual. You will see estimated delivery when you add items to your cart.
These changes are temporary measures to ensure that they can deliver on commitments to their customers. They apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What is the standard delivery time?
Standard shipping guarantees you receive your order within 7 business days, whereas expedited shipping guarantees you receive within 3 or 4 business days. The shipping rates for each of these options are clearly defined before finalizing your order during checkout.
Their warehouse is outside of Atlanta, Georgia, and the actual delivery time maybe even sooner depending on your address. Once your item ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
How can I request a return?
Purchases shipped to the United States carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items except clearance, swatches, and special orders. Contact Customer Service (phone, email, or chat) to receive a return label at no charge and initiate the refund process. For more information please view their Return Policy page.
Due to longer delivery times, the money-back guarantee has been extended to 60-days.
Do you sell fabric swatches?
They do sell samples of most of their fabrics. Look for the “Buy Swatch” button associated with each fabric. Because many of the fabrics they stock are not re-orderable, it is possible that a fabric could sell out by the time you receive your swatch.
Do you ship the fabric in pieces?
No. They understand the importance of one, continuous piece of fabric. When this isn’t possible, their Customer Service team will contact you to discuss details before your item ships.
