Fairyseason, they’re committed to you. Their quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping to assure your satisfaction, and the quality is guaranteed.

* If you received a product in the wrong size or with the color problem, email them your message pictures, order number, and an item number within 7 days of receiving the product.
* The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by their customer service team.
* The returned items should be sent back to their warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
* The return shipping fee is at customers’ own expense.
* The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
* The returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. They do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
* Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
* Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuers.
* The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
What should I do if there is an item missing from my order?
Due to the stock status, your items may be shipped out separately via several parcels. Please log in to your account to check the tracking number of each item. If you find more than one Tracking Number, they have shipped the order in multiple parcels. Items with the same tracking number will be in one parcel and should arrive at the same time.

After receiving your order, they conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 4 business days; However, it can also be affected by the item’s stock status. If your order includes hot items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.
