Feel Good Contacts accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal.
How do I track my order?
As soon as they’ve dispatched your order, they’ll send you a confirmation email. In the email, they’ll provide you with a link, which when clicked will allow you to track your order on the courier’s website.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
To cancel or amend your order, please contact them on 0800 458 2090 or via email at [email protected] You’ll be able to cancel or amend your order up until the point of dispatch. However, after they’ve dispatched the items no changes can be made to your order. Successful cancellations will be refunded within 2-3 working days.
If your items have already been dispatched and a cancellation is not possible, you’ll be able to exchange your order or request a refund as soon as it arrives.
Are your contact lenses genuine?
Many people are under the impression that buying your contact lenses online means you are not buying an authentic/safe product. The truth is that the contact lenses they stock are exactly the same lenses you would purchase from your optician. Their extensive stock range includes established manufacturers such as Johnson and Johnson, Alcon and Bausch and Lomb, to ensure that they are only selling authentic products (same goes for their sunglasses too).
How long will my refund take to process?
Once accepted, the refunded payment will take 3-5 working days to show up in your account.
How do I return an item?
Returning an item is simple. All you need to do is include a note stating your reason for the return, your order number, and name. Then use the free return label they included with your order to send the item back to them. If you have lost your return label, you can log in to your account and hit the ‘Returns’ button under the ‘My Orders’ tab.
