How do I find parts on your website?
There are several ways to find your part in FinditParts:
* Use the search box. At the home page, enter your part number or part description on the search box and click on search. You will then see a list of search results.
* Use the “Shop by Category” On the left side, there is a section called “Shop by Category”. Select the category of the part you are looking for then select the sub-category.
Ex. If you are looking for a brake pad, click on “Brakes”, select the sub-category of “Pads, Shoes, and Lining”.
What payment methods are available for FinditParts?
FinditParts has enabled an e-commerce solution where you can pay by credit card(VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX), PayPal, or open account if applicable, and the order will be processed and shipped to you.
Will I be billed if the part is in the backorder?
Yes. At the time your order is placed, they will collect the money for the order.
What if I receive the wrong part?
Contact FinditParts to request a Return Authorization Request. Please email them for any additional questions.
Can I return a part that I purchased from your website?
They would be more than happy to assist you with your return! All returns must be assigned a “Return Authorization Number” and that can be obtained by contacting [email protected]
You will receive a Return Authorization Number, along with return instructions, via email within 24 hours (Or the next business day if the request is received on a weekend). All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Can International order be returned?
Yes, International orders may be returned. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and all INternational orders must be received within 30 days of the customer receiving the package.
How soon can I expect my refund for my returned part?
Your refund will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Once issued, a refund can take 48-72 business hours to reflect depending on your bank. They’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once they’ve received and processed the returned item(s). Your credit will be issued against the original credit card or PayPal account which was provided to them at the time you placed the order.
