FinestGlasses.com accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, HSA Debit Cards and PayPal.
How will I know if my item is on backorder?
FinestGlasses.com will send an email at the address you provided to inform you that your item is on backorder. You may also receive a call from their customer service department to regard this issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
FinestGlasses.com ship 100% worldwide. You as the buyer are held responsible for paying all duty and tax that may come with international shipping. An estimate of your shipping costs is available on our shipping options page. Free shipping offers are not applied to international shipping.
Will there be additional fees if I have international shipping?
Duties and tax may be applicable to international orders. Please use the International Shipping Rates drop-down menu from the Shipping Options page for a rough estimate. Just for your certainty, they will also have one of their international shipping partners email you so you are aware of what tax and duties are applicable.
How do I exchange or return?
Before you can return your product, please contact them. Lets them know what happened.
All products have to be returned to us in the original package, along with any instructions, warranty cards, cloths or cases that came with the product. They do not cover lost return packages, so we suggest you send it out with a trackable carrier such as USPS, UPS or Federal Express. Please provide them with a valid tracking number.

Note: they can’t accept return/exchange for lenses because each lens is only for one people’s prescription, they can’t re-sell or re-cut lenses anymore.
