What payment methods do you accept?
Fiorelli accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. All payments are securely processed through Sagepay.
When will I receive my order?
If you requested the UK Next Day delivery before 3 pm your order will be with you by the end of the next working day (unless you have been contacted by a member of their customer services team and informed of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances). Please note that orders placed after 3 pm on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. If you requested standard UK delivery you can expect your order in 3-5 working days. For European delivery please allow 3-7 working days for delivery For Worldwide delivery please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. Please note they do not deliver on Saturdays.
Do you offer a repair service?
No, they do not offer this option.
How can I return the item?
Return your item(s) for FREE at any Doddle location. Simply complete your returns note and place it inside with your item(s). You can then take the unsealed package to a Doddle store, and they will print a label and pack it up for you. You can also arrange to return your item(s) through Doddle Bot on Facebook Messenger. Visit m.me/doddlebot, select Return a Parcel, follow the steps and drop off your package at your nearest Doddle location. You can even track your item(s) back to them, safe and sound. Please note that refunds will be received and processed within 10 working days and may take a further 3-5 days to appear in your account depending on your bank. You can find your nearest Doddle store at www.doddle.com/locations.
Alternatively, you can contact them and ask for a pre-paid Royal Mail label to take your item(s) to a Post Office. Please clearly state on the returns form whether you require a refund or a like for like an exchange. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back. They endeavour to process your return within 7 days from the date of return.
They will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and/or tags removed. Please note, they cannot accept returns of personalized items.
