What is the payment method?
Fiorucci accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and PayPal.
Can I amend an order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, they are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. They can attempt to cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing, please call them to request this on +44 (0)203 946 3795 but this can’t be guaranteed. After this time they can’t cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items for free within 14 days of receiving your order. If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please call them ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
How can I track my order?
When your order is ready to leave their warehouse you will receive an email to let you know. This will contain a tracking link which will become active once the courier has received your parcel. Use that link for regular tracking updates.
If you have provided a mobile number at checkout, you will also receive a tracking link via text message. Don’t forget that their couriers work until 9 pm so your order could arrive in the evening. If you’re not in when the courier tries to deliver don’t panic, You will receive a notification with further instructions.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
They want to sort out any issues with faulty items straight away. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact email@example.com before attempting to return the item and they will be able to advise you further.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt in its original condition. Regrettably, due to hygiene reasons, they are unable to accept the return of face masks, knickers or briefs including thongs, hipsters, bikinis and bodies. They also don’t accept returns of any swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
In the event that an item is returned in an unsellable condition or is not in-line with our returns policy, they may have to send it back to your delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
When will I get my refund?
Please allow 5 days for your parcel to make it back to their warehouse and a further 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to clear in your account. Please keep hold of your return tracking number so you can see where it’s at.
