Which payment methods do you accept?
Depends on where you want to make the purchase from.
* On the FITE Website, you will have the option to use your Credit Card, Debit Card or Pre-Paid card or use PayPal
* In the FITE mobile app, your purchase will go through iTunes and Google Play depending on your platform.
* In the FITE ROKU Channel, your purchase will go through the ROKU purchase interface.
* Alternatively, you can use FITE credits on the FITE mobile app or a coupon on the FITE website.
How to buy / purchase / order an event on FITE?
For each PPV program or event, you will see the price in USD as well as a purchase option.
If you order on the FITE app, selecting purchase will take you to your app store and you can make the purchase there with an in-app purchase via your iTunes / Google Play account.
If you order on the web, you have the option to buy with a credit card or via PayPal.
How can I get a refund?
FITE has a full money-back guarantee policy if you’re not able to watch the event due to event cancellation by the promoter or technical issues with signal delivery that prevents you from watching the event. For more information about refund eligibility, please refer to their Terms of Service.
To apply for a refund, please contact them at [email protected], include your Order ID and they’ll process your refund for purchases on the web or will send you to refund instructions for purchases from the app stores.
Is there a way to watch PPV events for free?
Yes, they have the FITE credit program which lets you pay for events with credits instead of with real money.

How do credits work?
The FITE credit program is designed for their loyal fans to be able to enjoy select Pay-Per-Views for free and invite friends to join.
Credits work only on the FITE mobile app (iOS and Android) and you are automatically notified by email and push notification when you get new credit to your account.
When you have enough credits for the PPV you’d like to watch, you can buy it with credits from the mobile and TV apps. Go to the page of the event -> Other purchase options -> “Buy with ** credits”.
How to check my Credit balance?
You can check how many credits you have in the FITE mobile app. Just go to your account menu and you will see how many credits you have next to “Watch FREE PPV” on the top.
I haven’t received a confirmation email for my purchase, what to do?
Please check the spam folder of your email.
