What payment methods do you accept?
FitVille accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal. They do not accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers. All cards must be verified before or it will not be accepted.
Will I be charged for orders that did not ship?
There is no fee for cancellations on orders placed within 24 hours. Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee. Refund All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges on your original order is non-refundable.
Where is my order?
Simply click the “Track Your Order” options and fill in your order ID for delivery details.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
The order will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Usually, they will use the regional special line for delivery to ensure that you can receive their products quickly. Please note this can be affected due to Holidays, weather conditions and also they are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Can I cancel the order?
FitVille only accept order cancellation within 24 hours of your purchase.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, they require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask their customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. Please kindly notice they are going to deduct 15% for credit card payment and handling fee. Upon receiving the product, we will send you a new item for free or issue your refund. The shipping cost of the exchange/return shall be covered by the customer.
NOTICE: If the products are sent with the wrong size/width/colour, they will cover the shipping cost for the return. As for the refund, they are going to withdraw 15% of the purchase amount for the Payment & Handling fee.
