What is the payment method?
Footcenter offers several payment methods, each as secure as the other:
By bank card, your bank details are encrypted and replaced by a transaction number.
By PayPal, if you don’t want to give them your bank card number.
When will my order be delivered?
For metropolitan France, It takes on average for an order whose items are in stock:
* 2 to 3 days in Colissimo
* 1 to 2 days Chrono
* 4 to 5 days in Mondial Relay.
How to cancel an undelivered order?
They can cancel your order as long as it is not invoiced. To do this, simply call their customer service and explain your request to them.
If your order is invoiced or being dispatched, you must wait to receive it before returning it to us (see appropriate section)
How to modify my order (size, addition or withdrawal of an article, modification of the flocking ...)?
Once your order has been placed on the website, you will no longer be able to modify it yourself. You must contact their customer service to explain your request for modification.
Please note, orders are processed as quickly as possible and there is no guarantee that they will be able to make changes before invoicing the order.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Download the return/exchange voucher by Footcenter. This PDF file is to be printed and attached to the package. Return the items in their original packaging to the following address as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days.
Where is my after-sales service file and my refund?
If you have not received any replacement product or any refund within 8 to 10 days after receiving your return, please contact their after-sales service to find out the status of your file. Attention for any return, in case of litigation, you will have to keep your tracking slip given by post. Any complaint without this slip will be inadmissible.
