No, Fox Rent a Car is available in the USA, Australia, Canada, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Mexico and Spain.
What happens if the vehicle has damage?
You should document the damage in the FOXpress app during the pick-up process. See the FOXpress app for instructions.
What if I’m running late?
A rental day is each 24 hour time period commencing with the date/time indicated on the rental agreement (contract) at the time of rental. There are a 59 minutes grace period for pick-ups and returns. Additional charges and rate recalculation may apply if your pick up or return happens outside of the standard grace period.
What if I need to edit/cancel my reservation?
You can edit/cancel your reservation via the FOXpress app or by calling customer service at (855) 484-8624. Cancellations fees will apply. See Fox Rent a Car‘s prepaid cancellation fee/prepaid payment policy for more details.
Are there any fees if I cancel my reservation?
FOXpress / FOX Pay Now reservations are non-refundable. If you cancel your FOXpress/Fox Pay Now reservation, you will forfeit the full amount of your reservation payment.
Where will I return the vehicle?
FOXpress vehicles must be returned to the location indicated as your booked drop off or return location. You are not allowed to return the vehicle or leave the vehicle at any other drop off point or facility.
