FRAME accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
They are unable to accommodate order modification or cancellations requests. Once you receive your order, they recommend reviewing their Return Policy. If your order is eligible to be returned, we offer free, easy returns. You can learn more about their policy.
When will my order ship?
They have taken extra measured in their fulfilment practices to ensure employee health and safety. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 am pst will ship the same day. Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with your tracking number. Live tracking updates will be available within 72 hours.
What is your return policy?
Items that are in their original condition with all FRAME tags attached may be returned online within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Once delivered, please allow 7 days for them to process your return. Returns for refund will be credited back to the original form of payment. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return my orders?
Domestic Returns: Visit returns.frame-store.com to initiate your return. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label once your return has been authorized.
International Returns: Please email email@example.com with your Order # and the item(s) that you would like to send back. Their Customer Care team will follow up with you within 1 business day to initiate a return request for a refund on your behalf. At this time, they only accommodate refunds on international returns. If you would like to make an exchange, they recommend sending your item back and placing a new order separately.
