Funky Pigeon accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, LayBuy and PayPal.
How do I track my order?
All of your order information is saved in your Account under the section Order History. This section will show you the progress of your order until Despatch (fulfilment).
When will my order be sent?
All CARD orders placed by 4 pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day unless a future delivery date has been requested. All personalised GIFT orders placed by 2 pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day unless a future delivery date has been requested. Flowers order placed by 4 pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day unless an alternative delivery date is selected at the time of ordering.
Why my order still hasn’t arrived yet?
All items are sent First Class Post and Royal Mail state that 90% of first-class post will arrive the next day but this is not guaranteed. Delivery can take between 1-3 working days. Everyone is doing their best in these difficult times and Funky Pigeon do appreciate your patience and would ask you to wait at least 3 days before contacting them.
What if my order has arrived but is incorrect?
At Funky Pigeon they hope that every customer is happy with the quality of their order. However, if there appears to be a problem with your order please contact the customer services team as soon as you are aware of it. They will need your order number and registered email address to resolve any queries you can have so please include this in your communication. If you also include information about the fault then this will also help with a speedy resolution.
