FxSound accepts all major Debit & Credit Card.
How do I remove ads?
FxSound is free to use but supported by some of their partnerships. Sharing some content within the app helps support FxSound so they can keep working to provide easy access to great audio. You can remove ads and unlock all features by upgrading to FxSound Pro.
How do subscriptions work?
FxSound subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (year). You can cancel at any time to stop auto-renewal. If you’re at all unsatisfied with FxSound Pro, they will send you (at least!) a pro-rated refund so you’ll only pay for the time you used.
Can I use this on more than one device?
With FxSound Pro, you can now download and install on as many devices as you’d like. You can enjoy FxSound Pro on up to two devices concurrently.
Does FxSound work on Mac and mobile devices?
FxSound is only compatible with Windows PCs at the moment. But they are working to bring FxSound to Mac and mobile soon.
Can I buy a lifetime license with a one-time payment instead of the yearly subscription?
They have permanently switched to a recurring yearly subscription model. This allows them to continually release improvements and features as they’re ready instead of saving a bunch of them for a new version that won’t be complimentary for old customers.
What is your return & refund policy?
Customer satisfaction is their number one priority. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with FxSound, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. FxSound can only accept returns from products purchased directly from FxSound. If you purchased from one of their resellers, you must contact them directly. Refunds made after 30 days are not guaranteed and they are not obligated to do so.
