G Pen accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Is there anything I need to know when shipping internationally?
YES. All international shipments are subject to fees when crossing borders. Generally, Customs will implement taxation and brokerage fees that vary based on where the package is being shipped to, how far it has to travel outside US territory, along with the value and weight of the package. It is common for these fees to be applied for any international shipments. They are doing their best to try and establish a uniform brokerage fee for all international packages. The taxation is determined by Customs and cannot be tampered with. Any taxes or fees applied to the shipment are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are oftentimes applied to international shipments.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed/shipped. The customer may choose between different shipping methods based on how quickly they prefer the package be delivered. G Pen features UPS and USPS as their primary courier services. All delivery times presented at checkout are estimates provided by the couriers and are not guaranteed.
How do I replace my Roam’s atomizer?
To replace the atomizer in the G Pen Roam, first, flip the tank lid upwards to expose the quartz tank underneath. Be sure to allow the tank to cool completely before handling. Next, gently pull the quartz tank with silicone cover away from the Roam’s base - the tank itself can then slide down and out of the tank cover. Insert the new Roam atomizer into the silicone tank cover, ensuring the tabs line up to fit flush. Finally, slide the tank and cover back into the appropriate slot on the Roam.
What is your return & exchange policy?
If for any reason, the buyer is not satisfied with the goods purchased from their website, the buyer has a right to return the product (within 7 working days from the date that product is received) for an exchange or a store credit that could be used for future purchases. No refunds will be issued. The buyer need not give any reason. The notice of exchange or return has to be made in writing; an email will suffice:[email protected]
In the event of a return or exchange, they require that you return the goods to them at your own cost.
