Gina Bacconi accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Klarna, JCB, and PayPal.
Will my delivery is charged import tax?
No, you should not be charged any customs or import taxes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This allows you to track your order, with the added bonus of being able to directly contact your delivery driver.
What if I’m not home when the courier tries to deliver my order?
You will be contacted by text on the day of delivery and given the choice of having your order delivered on another day, left with a neighbour or left in a safe place.
If you’re not at home when the courier arrives, they will leave a card with a contact telephone number to call to rearrange your delivery. The courier will attempt delivery 3 times before sending the package back to them for a refund.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, they are not able to amend your order once it has been placed, as they start processing it straight away.
How do I return my order?
To return your order please follow the instructions on your returns form which will have been enclosed with your order. If you did not receive this form please e-mail: [email protected]
How long will my refund take to appear in my account?
Refunds should be in your account within 3 working days of when they process the refund. However, this timeframe is dictated by your bank and not them.
